  • I am having a problem related to my purchase from your website. What should I do?

  • Can I use your templates and illustrations for commercial purposes?

    You can use our templates and illustrations for commercial purposes; however, they can be included in publications for resale only if they are decorative in nature and not the primary value or purpose of the product. The stock photos in our templates are used as placeholders only and cannot be reproduced in your commercial projects.

  • Can I get a refund for my purchase?

    We won’t be able to issue a refund for an application purchased on the Mac App Store because we can’t access the purchase records. However, you can contact Apple’s support about the refund on our behalf: http://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/contact/.

  • While trying to re-download my purchase from your website, I get a message that says “Wrong serial number”. What should I do?

    Please check that you entered your serial number correctly, with no spaces or other symbols before or after it. We recommend copying and pasting the number rather than entering it manually.

  • The download screen says “Download will begin shortly”, but nothing seems to be happening. What should I do?

    You should first empty the cache of your browser. If that doesn’t help, try using another browser.
