It took a short bout of panic but we finally discovered that, due to a glitch, bad moon, or some other unpredictable setback, the App Store builds of Money for iPhone and iPad contain a bug that prevents them from detecting files on iCloud. The data is not gone but cannot be accessed from iOS devices. So we rebuilt the same code, and now it works like a charm. I’m a writer myself and have no idea what all this means but the IT guys tell me that, in a nutshell, there was a problem that wasn’t their fault, and now it’s gone.
We’ve already submitted the iPhone and iPad updates for Apple’s approval and got an emergency ticket to get the approval real fast. Hopefully, you’ll be able to access your iCloud files within a couple of days.
