This looks like a great idea–I have Stationery Pack for Mail from equinux, and I think it’s a well-designed example of what a template previewer can do.

However, it’s getting quite a bit of flak on the Mac App Store, and not without reason: none of the templates are free, and quite a few have exorbitant prices. For those of us who are existing Jumsoft customers, the question is: what about the templates we’ve already bought? If we download this free app from the App Store, will they show up there, or would we be forced to buy them again, just to have them “as reference” in this app?

In fact, the app does include a number of free samples. These can be accessed by selecting a category and then clicking the “Open” button next to the first item or filtering purchased items.

Unfortunately, your past purchases cannot be displayed in Toolbox for Pages at the moment.

Before downloading Toolbox for Keynote,
I have bought all your product,
because I really like them ^_^

But Toolbox cannot detect what I have purchased,
I hope can fix this bug.

I have tried everything. Your templates will not open. I bought the stationary set and am unable to open a single one. It loads and loads and quits after 10 minutes. I’ve tried to “right click” on the icon to attempt to use the 32 bit option as you say, but “get info” is not an option on the right click menu. I spent more money on another template app and it works perfectly. I feel cheated. HELP?
