Mail Stationery 3.0: Balanced for Everyone

Do you ever wake up in the morning and feel a weird rush in your head? A penchant for bizarre kidnapping of your common sense without a promise to ever give it back? When you are desperate for some real action, and the only three options that come to mind are: 1) jumping on your bed in green pajamas while reciting Dante’s Divine Comedy; 2) getting your head shaved and trashing someone’s car with an umbrella; 3) sending the whole office an e-mail depicting the chairman of the board in a “wanted” poster—we can help with the last.

Actually, we can also help if you are a perfectly adequate individual and have never even dreamed of owning green pajamas. Surely, you do have a circle of friends, acquaintances, and relatives who deserve a lovely and original holiday card—and by “original,” we mean no sappy reindeer and no fluffy white beards managing to release the scent of nylon from a computer screen. It should be a proper greeting, one that sparks a smile and makes your loved ones think of mulled wine, a fireplace, and the smell of fresh snow. Like the ones in Mail Stationery 3.0.

We do offer fantastic Apple Mail templates for the situations described above and for many more special and not-so-special occasions. Whether it’s an invitation, a newsletter, a small reminder, or a joke you want to send, you will definitely find an appropriate design in this collection of 100 templates—plus 10 bonus Christmas greetings, plus 200 designs from previous releases, plus lots of different color schemes and design variations included in most of the templates. Wow, that’s a lot of opportunities to get your e-mail noticed and appreciated!

We are especially proud of two design-focused lines, Ink Sense and Cardboard Gallery. You can use these for a variety of purposes, but no matter what you do, they will always look great: simple, stylish, and funny. As usual, many templates have image placeholders, allowing you to blend your own images into the background. And don’t forget to click on the template backgrounds, which may reveal a totally different color scheme or text (check the “See you in 1 minute!” template).

As with most of our products, you simply need to download the package, follow the installer’s instructions, and find a set of fresh, crisp templates in the New Message section of Apple Mail. Easy!

    Dear Jumsoft team,

I bought Mail Stationary 3.0 and updated to 3.1. There is still a major problem with the software. What if I don’t speak or read English ? I can’t use some of the templates even if they are beautiful. Some English titles or words appear to be in the body of the template (they’re fix in an image…).

I thought the beauty of this technology was to have editable fields.

I remarked an amelioration with some of the templates. Will this be fix for all of them in a near future ? That would make them a mush more valuable product.

    Thanks.(Merci.)

    S.

    Hi Sebastien,

The uneditable phrases in Mail Stationery 3.0 use non-standard fonts, which often have a high impact on the templates’ design and visual appeal, but are replaced with common fonts on users’ computers unless saved as images.

We realize it’s a problem for our non-English-speaking customers and are thinking of possible solutions to this problem.

    Regards,
    Ruste

Under the “Emotions” category there is the template called “Bunny.”

I tried mailing it to both my aol and yahoo accounts from my Mac Mail account to see how it would appear to family and friends.

The text I included is cut off at the bottom of both mail accounts. However, when I mail it back to an alias Mac Mail account it looks just as it should – graphic, photo and text.

What seems to be the problem?

    Hi Ed,

Thanks for noting this! We are now looking for a solution for this problem.
