It looks like a presentation. What am I supposed to do with it?

Can I only cut and past is there a way to import them into keynote so I can have access to them from the application directly. Or do I have to have the presentation open and just cut and paste. Thanks.

Hello Moshe,
“Keynote Jam.key” is Keynote file from where you can access all images and use them in your presentations.
If you don’t want every time open this file, you can get all images by clicking right mouse button on this .key file and choose “show package contents”. Then you can copy all these files to some folder and then when needed simply drag from it to the slide you want.
