&quot;Keynote Jam.key&quot; is Keynote file from where you can access all images and use them in your presentations. 
If you don&#039;t want every time open this file, you can get all images by clicking right mouse button on this .key file and choose &quot;show package contents&quot;. Then you can copy all these files to some folder and then when needed simply drag from it to the slide you want.</description>
