Thanks for your suggestions.
There is ability to hide check boxes in the items view: Action->Status->Hide.
What about time line, it isn’t in our nearest future plans, so I can tell you when/if it will be implemented.

Hello Ed,
The best and the only way is to select item where you want to add mail as a source, launch Mail application and drag wanted message to the source header line.
Great, much better than Focus !!
Some type of daily appointment list with a drag from task list would be great, also project time line would be great (FYI - see franklin Covey new system, PC ONLY YUCK )
