Does anyone know if you can organize the the register by date; I have current dates at the beginning and end of several transactions; they don’t organize by date when I click on the date column heading…is it the way I am entering them?

Hello JODY,
Yes, clicking on column should be enough for sorting. However I am not sure why this doesn’t work for you.
Can you tell more info:
Were these transactions imported or entered manually? Or both? Did you enter dates in short date format?

Oh, boy…I see what happened. Some of the items are imported, some I manually entered but the year is 20. I have edited the date to fix it. How do you change the date format? I didn’t find it under preferences.

Hello Jody,
When entering transactions manually, Money uses short date format, that is set in System Preferences -> International -> Formats.
When importing transactions, you choose date format in the appearing sheet. You should choose such format that is used in the importing file:
I mean, if year consists of 4 digits, you should choose mm/dd/yyyy, else you should choose mm/dd/yy.
